We at CRI are pleased to announce the alignment of the Achiever Assessment with Leadership Management Institute's online learning courseware.

The unique Achiever assessment provides an analysis of an individual's Mental Aptitudes and Behavioral Characteristics to the requirements of the individual's job.

As a result of this comparison, areas in which development would enhance productivity and affectivity are identified with the resulting report providing direction towards appropriate actions and learning materials.

We wish to invite employers that wish to evaluate this technology to assess two staff members in order to experience the accuracy and quality of this approach in developing the performance of people in their current workforce.

Please reply if this approach is of sufficient interest to you so that you may experience it with our compliments. We are also available to discuss any questions that you may have.

Most organizations understand that effective management and deployment of assets can mean the difference between success and failure. But many organizations fail to consider their most critical asset - human capital.

A recent study by McKinsey & Company revealed that "A" performers tend to be 50-100% more productive than "C" performers. Clearly, identifying the "A" performers can enhance an organization's performance. So, how does an employer identify the "A" performers, and once identified, how does an employer retain them?

The answer to these two questions is simple: Testing.

Testing has long been an effective, yet underutilized, tool to help employers make the most of their human capital. To learn more about how your organization can use testing to more effectively deploy your most important asset email us at HCD@eeo-aap.com
